1. Selection and control of tolerance of thrust roller bearing chamber: after thrust roller bearing is pressed into thrust roller bearing, it should rotate flexibly and without retarding feeling. If there is obvious rotation inflexibility, it indicates that the dimension of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be lowered. If the thrust roller bearing after pressing into the shaft with the hand rotation has an obvious "rustle" feeling, it may be the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, roundness should be well controlled when the tolerance of the shaft and thrust roller bearing chamber is well controlled. Many domestic manufacturers only control tolerance, but not the roundness.

2. Assembly method of thrust roller bearing: because thrust roller bearing is a high-precision product, the improper assembly may easily cause damage to the groove of thrust roller bearing, resulting in damage to thrust roller bearing. The thrust roller bearing in the assembly should have a special mold, can not be knocked at will, in the pressure into the shaft can only be a small ring force, when the pressure can only be a big ring force. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure should be used in the assembly, and the upper and lower die should be in a horizontal state during the pressure installation. If there is tilt, the groove of the thrust roller bearing will be damaged due to stress, and the thrust roller bearing will produce conduction sound.
