High-speed precision angular contact ball bearing, mainly used for high-speed rotating occasions with a light load, requires high precision, high speed, low-temperature rise and low vibration of the bearing and certain service life. It is often used as the supporting parts of the high-speed motorized spindle in pairs, and it is the key accessory of the high-speed motorized spindle for internal surface grinding machine.

1. The bearing shall be installed in a dust-free and clean room. The bearing shall be carefully selected and the bearing spacer shall be ground.
2. The bearing should be cleaned before installation. During the cleaning, the inner ring slope is facing upward with flexible hand induction and no sense of stagnation.
3. Special tools shall be used for bearing installation, and the force is uniform. Knocking is strictly forbidden.
4. Bearing storage should be clean and ventilated, without corrosive gas, relative humidity should not exceed 65%, long-term storage should be regularly rustproof.

1: T/T: 30% as deposit and 70% balance after getting a copy of B/L.
2: L/C (cannot for branded bearings.)
