The aligning roller bearing is equipped with a drum roller between the inner ring with two raceway and the outer ring with the spherical raceway. The curvature center of the outer ring raceway surface is the same as the bearing center, so it has the same regulating function as the automatic centering ball bearing. For separable bearings, the inner and outer rings can be installed separately, thus simplifying the installation process, especially when both inner and outer rings need interference fit.When putting the shaft with the inner ring in place into the bearing box with the outer ring, care must be taken to check whether the inner and outer rings are correctly aligned to avoid scratches on the bearing raceway and rolling parts.If cylindrical and needle roller bearings have inner ring without flange retaining edge or inner ring with flange edge on one side, the mounting sleeve is recommended.The outer diameter of the sleeve shall be equal to the inner ring raceway diameter F, and the tolerance standard for machining shall be d10.Pin roller bearings with stamping outer ring are best installed by mandrel.
