Vibration:
In ordinary use, vibration is quite sensitive to the bearing damage, peeling, indentation, rust, crack, wear and so on will be reflected in the bearing vibration measurement. Therefore, the size of vibration can be measured by using a special bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.), and the specific abnormal situation can be inferred from the frequency distribution. The measured values are different due to the use conditions of the bearings or the installation positions of the sensors, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine before determining the judgment criteria.

The temperature:
High temperature is often used to indicate that cylindrical roller bearings have been in an abnormal situation. High temperature is also harmful to bearing lubricants. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to bearing lubricants. If the bearing in excess of 125℃ temperature for a long period of continuous transfer to reduce the bearing life. Causes of high-temperature bearing include: insufficient or too much lubrication, bearing raceway containing impurities, excessive limit speed, bearing long-term overload operation.
